Finding Archived Trainings in the LMS

How do you find archived trainings?

Archived trainings are not visible in the library overview by default. By adjusting the filters, you can display these trainings.

Follow the steps below:

• Go to Admin.

• Navigate to Library.

• Click on Self-paced.

• Open the filter options.

• Enable the checkbox “Show archived learnings”.

After enabling this filter, the archived trainings will appear in the overall overview.

This principle works the same way for the following learning types:

• Self-paced

• Events

• Compilations

How do you reactivate an archived training?

If you want to make an archived training active again, you can easily unarchive it.

• Find the archived training in the overview.

• Click on the three dots on the right side of the training.

• Click “Unarchive”.

The training will then become active again and will be available in the LMS.
