How do you subscribe your academy to new Studytube content?

In the Learning Management System (LMS), you can easily add new Studytube content to your library. This can be done either automatically or manually.


Where can you find these settings?

In the LMS, go to:

  • Library

  • Click the three dots next to ‘Create’

  • Select Studytube content library


Automatically subscribe to new content

Under the ‘Subscribe’ tab, you can choose to automatically add new Studytube content to your library.

Here, you also decide which visibility settings should apply (for example, directly visible or invisible to employees).

Per content type, you can see how many items have already been added:

  • Videos: e.g. 290 of 290 videos added

  • Documents

  • Articles

  • Online trainings

  • Collections




Manually import new content

Prefer to decide yourself which content to add? Go to the ‘Import’ tab.

Here, you can see per content type whether new learning interventions are available. You can then manually import them with the desired visibility settings.

Example:

  • Documents: 42 of 43 documents added → this means 1 new document is available to import.
