Viewing Participants

Modified on Thu, 15 Jan at 2:39 PM

Would you like to see who is registered for an internal event and what their status is? In the LMS, you can do this in two ways: via the Sessions tab or the Participants tab.

Option 1: Via the Sessions Tab

Under the Sessions tab, you’ll see an overview of all scheduled, completed, and closed sessions. You can view participants at two levels:

  1. Session Level. Click on the name of a session to see all participants for that session.

  2. By Date. Select a specific date to view session details for that day.

Depending on the session status, you can perform the following actions:

  • Confirm participation

  • Close sessions

  • View waitlists (if enabled via the three dots at the end of the row)

  • Manage Session Attendance. This feature allows you to register and manage participant attendance per session.

Option 2: Via the Participants Tab

Under the Participants tab, you’ll find a list of all registered participants for the event. For each participant, you can see:

  • Name and email address

  • Team(s)

  • Registered session (including date, time, and location)

  • Participant status (e.g. Registered)

  • Completion status (e.g. Unknown)

You can also perform the following actions:

  • Move participants to a different session

  • Assign learning interventions

  • Search by name or email address (left side of the page)

  • Apply filters (right side of the page), such as:

    • Start and end date

    • Session date or location

    • Participant status (e.g. Invited, Registered)

    • Completion status (e.g. Unknown)

    • Session type (Online or Offline)
