Dashboard 'My learning'

Modified on Fri, 08 Sep 2023 at 02:54 PM

After logging in on the academy, you will land on your own dashboard called 'My learning'. In this summary you will see immediately what actions are still open and for what date.

What immediately stands out are the notifications (the red rectangle). This is where all of your open actions will be located. Think, e.g., of writing a review of an event that you attended, or your response to an invitation to an event.

My learning items
Under 'My learning items' a distinction is made on the left side between the following components.

Listed under Active are the learning items which have been started and/or assigned. Events and courses which you have to attend in the near future can also be found here.

Under Assigned you will find a list of all assigned learning items. If there is an approaching, or expired deadline, this will be highlighted. Furthermore, the list can be sorted and filtered by learning format.

Under Favorites you will find all learning items that you stored as favorites from your library. These are often learning items that appear interesting to you, but that you do not want to follow right away because, e.g., at the moment you do not have the time.

Under History you can view all learning items which have been completed in the past. Should an assignment have been made in an online course, you will be able to easily find it again here.

If you are on the waiting list for an event, or you have an ongoing request for a course from the external content, you can find this under the heading Requests

. An ongoing request relating to the external content only applies to you if it is part of your academy. You can obtain more information on this from contact points within your organisation.

A summary of deadlines and important dates can be found under 'Planning'. For example, think of certificates which have almost reached expiration, pending events or an online course to which a deadline is linked.

Under Certificates you will find a summary of certificates that have been obtained. With a click on the button the certificate can be shared with your LinkedIn network.

If the academy works with individual budgets, it will be possible to find these under the heading Transactions

This enables a user to at all times have insight into his/her budget and all related transactions. This component only applies if it is offered. You can obtain more information on this from contact persons within your organisation.
