How do I change the privacy settings of a video on Vimeo?

In the LMS there is the option to add a video to a learning intervention via a link. This can be done with, among other things, a Vimeo link. If you use this option, it is important to set the privacy settings correctly in order for the video to work in the training. You can do this by following the following steps.

1. Go to the video on Vimeo
2. Click on privacy in the menu on the right
3. Select 'Unlisted'. This means that only people with the link can access, and is not publicly available to everyone.
4. Choose at 'Where can the video be embedded?' for specific domains
5. Add the link to your academy (name academy.studytube.nl) to the domains. For example, the video is only available on external domains that you have added.
