- Select an e-mail template under Settings - E-mail settings.
- Select an e-mail template and go to editing by clicking on the title.
- Always copy variables with the copy icon.
- Check if the variable has blue text.
- Changes can always be undone with "Reset changes".
- Check the customized email template by clicking on "Preview" at the top right to display it.
