How do I log in?
- Go to your academy
- Click on 'Manage'
- Select the '?' icon
- Click on Support Portal
- Log in with your Studytube credentials

How do I submit a ticket?
Click on 'Submit a request'. You can choose from the following options:
- Support request: choose this option for questions related to the platform.
- Idea: select this option for suggestions about the platform or requests for new features.
- Incident: use this option to report an incident. Please provide as much information as possible so we can investigate the issue as quickly as possible.
How can I communicate with Ruby?
Ruby can still be found in her familiar location within the LMS under 'chat with us', now with a new look.
You can also find Ruby in the support portal, where she is happy to help.
How can I view my tickets?
Click on the dropdown menu under your name and then go to 'Requests'.
Here you will find an overview of all your tickets. By clicking on a ticket, you can view the status, priority, and the latest activity. You also have the option to respond to a ticket. This way, you always keep track of your tickets without having to use your email program.
Under 'organizational requests' you will find all tickets submitted under your organization. If you do not have this option and would like it, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
