What is the team matrix qualification report overview?
In the team matrix qualification report, you can find all teams and their qualification status in one overview.
In this overview you can see, among other things:
The “not qualified” percentage
The “risk” percentage
These percentages provide insight into the qualification status of employees within the teams.
What do the percentages mean?
“Not qualified” percentage. This percentage shows which part of the team is currently not qualified for the relevant qualifications.
“Risk” percentage. This percentage shows which part of the team is at risk of no longer being qualified, for example because a qualification will expire soon.
When you click on one of the percentages, a screen opens showing which employees are included in this category.
Which filters can you use?
You can refine the report by applying different filters. The following filter options are available:
Qualification code
Team
Exclude subteams
Employee
Status
Required
Function
Qualification
Using these filters allows you to make the report more specific, for example by viewing the qualification status of a particular team, function, or employee.
