Due to the security of user account access, it is no longer possible to change email addresses via the LMS. This can now only be done by Studytube Customer Service through the Admin interface.
Additionally, data imported into Studytube via an integration cannot be edited by administrators in order to maintain data consistency, prevent unwanted automatic overwrites, and avoid incorrectly triggered actions.
If an email address needs to be changed, please fill out the contact form, including the old and new email address of the employee(s). If you have any questions, feel free to contact our Customer Service via the contact form.
