If you prefer to collect the results of a survey anonymously due to privacy reasons? You can activate or deactivate this option under ‘Response settings’. If an employee opts to fill in the survey anonymously, you won't see any personal data under participants.
The barrier to fill in a survey is removed, which can have a positive effect on the number of respondents.
