I can't record or upload my video. What now?
If the recording and/or uploading of a video won't work, this can have various causes.
Settings
The first time that you use a webcam feature, you have to consent to the use of the webcam and microphone. Can you remember that this happened and that you consented to it?
Browser
It might also be your internet browser. In this case we advise you to login via another internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge) and to check whether the video assignment will work in the other browser.
Internet connection
Another cause of video assignments that will not load is sometimes a weak internet connection. Possibly you may (temporarily) not be connected to the wifi or the signal is too weak to record and upload the videos.
Computer
Some computers block videos. This may be related to your computer or browser settings. In such a case try to follow the course on another device, e.g. a different computer or on your tablet or smartphone.
