An online course will not open

If an online course will not open, this can have various causes.

1) The following notification will be displayed above the 'Start' button.

The 'Start' button cannot be clicked, so it is not possible to start the course. This is because there is no content license linked to your account. This is required in order to start and follow the course. You can contact your manager or the administrator of the academy so that he or she can assign a content license to your account if so desired.

2) The course will not open in a new tab and/or window.

This probably concerns a course which is offered in an external environment. When you click on the 'Start' button the course should open in this environment. It may be that the pop-up settings of your browser block this. In that case you must always switch off pop-ups for Studytube to prevent courses that you want to follow from not being able to be opened.

In addition, it helps to periodically (at least once a month) empty the cookies and cache of your browser so that the course often can be opened without issues.

3) The course will not open at all.

It is also possible that the course will not open at all. In such cases it is possible that the course no longer exists in the external environment or that the link that leads to the course is incorrect. It is also possible that there is an issue in the integration.
