What do I do if a video is not working?
If a video is not working, this is often something temporary or it has to do with a weak internet connection. We therefore advise you to first check the following.
It is handy to first check whether the other films in the course are working. If none of the films will work, it may be your internet browser. In this case we advise you to log in via another internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge) and to check whether the films will work in the other browser.
Sometimes a weak internet connection can also cause videos not to load. Possibly you will (temporarily) not be connected to the wifi or the signal is too weak to stream the videos.
Some computers block videos. This may be related to your computer or browser settings. In such a case try to follow the course on another device, e.g. a different computer or on your tablet or smartphone.
If only one of the videos is not working and it is a YouTube video, the fault will unfortunately lie with YouTube. This problem is beyond our control and we will unfortunately not be able to solve it for you. You can indicate via the flag in the top right corner that the video is not working. Together with the trainer we can then see whether it would be possible to provide an alternative video. You can also use the flag to indicate an ordinary video is not working.
