Giving feedback

I have feedback about an online course or trainer. Where can I give it?

You can best give feedback while following the online course, by clicking on the flag in the top right of the item. When you do this, a pop-up will appear in which you can specify precisely what is missing or what is not right (e.g. the framing of the question, the answer, a film is not working, etc.). This allows us to know precisely what component of the course is concerned and to resolve it quickly. The comments are reviewed by both the trainer and by us, so if you have a comment for the trainer regarding the course, you can leave it here.
